For something a little unexpected, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Japanese-Inspired Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
